Urvashi is a certified Image Consultant & a Trainer from Academy of Image Mastery, Singapore and London Image Institute, London. She has received her training directly under 2 top 10 Master Trainers of the first 10 AICI’s (Association of Image Consultant International) in the world, Ms. Christina Ong and Ms. Lynne Marks. With 12 years of experience in hospitality, Urvashi has been practising the 3 important ABC’s of image building – Appearance, Behaviour and Communication throughout her tenure in the hotel industry.

Voted as ‘40 powerful women in hospitality’ by ‘Hotel Lexis’ magazine, Urvashi has been associated with reputed hotel chains like ITC Hotels, Hilton Worldwide India, The Park New Delhi, Ananda in the Himalayas, The Claridges Hotels & Resorts & Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity.

A former hotelier, Urvashi believes in transforming lives and helping her clients achieve higher recognition and delivering noticeable results, both at corporate and individual level.
